We have over 29 years experience in the building industry including commercial, new residential building and high end residential renovations and alterations. We have been carrying out building inspections since 1997, enabling clients to make informed choices when purchasing a property, and advising prospective sellers on the maintenance status of their property. Our continuing involvement in the building industry enables us to remain up to date with building regulations and developments/issues with building construction and materials.

Robert Visser commenced his building apprenticeship in 1979, gaining Trade certificate and Advanced Trade Certificate in Building and Construction. Since completing his apprenticeship, Robert has worked in commercial building, boat building, new residential, residential renovations, and project management on commercial and residential projects in New Zealand and overseas. Robert has a well earned reputation for his high quality workmanship and project management skills, and these skills are now utilised in his thorough and professional approach to building inspections.
