I would like to advise what service and advice I received from House-Spy. I was looking to purchase a property in New Zealand for the first time and was referred to House-Spy by a friend.

He went through everything in the house from the kitchen draws to the roof, and he pointed out major concerns on a property that I was going to purchase and was not aware of these problems. If it was not for his inspection and advice I would have purchased a lemon. This saved me many headraces and money in the future.
So my advice is that it is worth spending a little now rather than spend thousands later, by using the services of House-Spy who know what they are doing.
